Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days. Expedited shipping delivers in 2-3 business days, and express shipping arrives in 1-2 business days. Most in-stock items ship within 1 business day of order placement. Processing times may vary during high-volume periods.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free standard shipping on orders over $75. This applies to standard shipping within the continental United States. Oversized or heavy items may incur additional shipping charges regardless of order total.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship to all 50 US states including Alaska and Hawaii. International shipping is not available at this time, but we are working on expanding our shipping options. Please check back for updates or contact us for special requests.

Returns

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on most items. Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. Some items such as electrical components that have been installed or custom-ordered parts are non-returnable. See our full return policy for details.

How do I return an item?

To start a return, contact our support team at support@vectortd.com or call (956) 555-1234 with your order number and reason for the return. We'll provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions. Please do not send items back without an RMA number.

When will I get my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or credit card company.

Orders

How do I track my order?

You can track your order using our Order Tracking page. Simply enter your order number and email address to view the current status and tracking information. If you have an account, you can also view all your orders from your account dashboard.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled if they haven't been shipped yet. Please contact us as soon as possible at support@vectortd.com with your order number. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you can initiate a return after receiving it.

Do you offer bulk pricing?

Yes, we offer competitive pricing for bulk orders and wholesale accounts. If you're a repair shop, dealership, or fleet operator looking for volume pricing, please contact our sales team with your requirements and we'll provide a custom quote.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept payments through PayPal and Apple Pay. All transactions are processed securely through our payment provider.

Is my payment secure?
