How to Return an Item
Follow these simple steps to start your return
Contact Us
Reach out to our support team at support@vectortd.com or call (956) 555-1234. Provide your order number and the reason for the return. We'll review your request and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Item
Place the item in its original packaging with all included accessories, manuals, and hardware. Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the shipping box. Do not write on the product packaging itself.
Ship It Back
Ship the package to the return address provided with your RMA. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your protection. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Get Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund has been issued.
